Jo Malone: Blue Agava and Cacao

Jo Malone divides up their fragrances into 6 different categories: Fruity, Light Floral, Floral, Citrus, Spicy and Woody. I didn’t think I would end up choosing one from the Floral range because I’m generally more into sweet and musky scents.
I don’t change my perfume easily (if not ever) so  while I was browsing through the Jo Malone counter I wasn’t sure I would find something for me, as most of the scents were too floral or fruity for my taste. But then, I came across the Blue Agava & Cacao perfume, which even though was something quite different to what I usually prefer, I felt like it really suited me (and I’ve actually received compliments for it).
It has a very subtle and elegant yet sweet smell, and like most of Jo Malone perfumes it is rather light . Although it doesn’t linger throughout the day, I don’t mind refreshing it as the 30 ml bottle is very practical to carry around.
The official Jo  Malone website describes this perfume like so: The rhythm of Latin music - sexy, edgy and persuasive. Fresh limes and zesty grapefruit dance over a heart of blue agava flower. Sea salt cuts through the primitive rawness of cacao to reveal the sensuality of vetiver, cinnamon and musk.
